Buckminster Fuller:
The Dymaxion Philosophy

• Coronet Magazine, 1941 •

Entirely without any illustrations, save one (a crude cartoon), this five page article delves into the mojo of the architect Buckminster Fuller (1895 – 1983) - who was very fond of the word "dymaxion":

"...The Dymaxion idea, that every mechanical principle is an extension of the human faculties, to be used with the greatest efficiency and to the greatest extent possible. The Dymaxion House, the Dymaxion car, the Dymaxion bathroom, Fuller's writings, his proposals, his talk are all directed toward this basic theme - working to the end that a world of the people and by the people might some time be for the people, as well."

The interior of the Dymaxion House can be seen on the above.
